Legal terms for usability testing

You are signing up for your chance to be selected to take part in a usability test (“Usability Test”) operated by The Wellcome Trust Limited (as trustee of the Wellcome Trust) (“Wellcome Trust”).
You will be eligible to receive one £20 Amazon gift card if you are selected to complete the Usability Test and you complete the Usability Test in full in accordance with instructions provided by the Wellcome Trust.
Participation in the Usability Test is subject to these terms and conditions.
Only residents of the UK aged 18 and over may sign up.
Only those who sign up and are selected by us to take part in the Usability Test will be eligible to participate.
If you are selected to take part in the Usability Test, you will be contacted directly by the Wellcome Trust by either phone or email.
No responsibility is taken for sign-ups that are lost, delayed, misdirected or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
You will only be permitted to take part in the Usability Test once.
The £20 Amazon gift card is redeemable at www.amazon.co.uk in line with all the normal Amazon.co.uk Gift Card and Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions which can be found at: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gift-Cards-Vouchers-Birthday-Christmas/b?ie=UTF….
Upon completion of the Usability Test, Wellcome Trust will issue a £20 Amazon gift card by email, from www.amazon.co.uk, to the email address supplied by those selected to complete the Usability Test. We take no responsibility for technological errors, computer viruses, spam filters or any other mishap which may prevent the gift card being received.
Wellcome Trust reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, both the Usability Test and the £20 Amazon gift card with or without prior notice. The decision of the Wellcome Trust shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Wellcome Trust accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of signing up to take part in the Usability Test or accepting the £20 Amazon gift voucher. We further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Usability Test.
Wellcome Trust reserves the right to substitute the £20 Amazon gift card with another prize of similar value.
The £20 Amazon gift card is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or any substitute item.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
