Nick Skinner - Chief People Officer

Nick started his career at Ford Motor Company on their graduate programme. And over his 30-year career he has gathered experience across a broad range of organisations spanning oil and gas, financial services, not-for-profit and biotechnology.

He has led Human Resources teams as well as sales and operations teams.

Nick joined Wellcome from the global biotechnology company Abcam, where he led the People and Workplace teams.

He strongly believes that engaged people are the power behind helping an organisation achieve its ambitions.
