Natasha Sunderji is a global health leader with more than two decades of experience helping organisations navigate complexity and deliver impact at scale. She has advised foundations, governments, multilaterals, nonprofits and life science organisations on how to build adaptive strategies, align resources and strengthen organisational effectiveness to improve global health outcomes.
She is a recognised thought leader in digital health, access and equity. She has been named a Top 50 Innovator in 2020 by the World Summit AI community and a Top 50 Women Leader of San Francisco in 2023.
Natasha is known for bringing a systems perspective to strategy, ensuring that ambition is translated into practical, measurable results. She believes that the most impactful strategies emerge from an inclusive process that brings together diverse expertise, challenges assumptions and grounds decisions in evidence. Before joining Wellcome, she led the Global Health and Nutrition practice at Accenture, overseeing strategy development and execution across multiple regions. She began her earlier career in the pharmaceutical industry, working across manufacturing and research and development.
She holds an MA in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BASc in biomedical engineering from the University of Toronto.
