Shobana Balasingam, Research Lead, Human Investigations and Challenge

Shobana joined Wellcome in 2018 and has a background in human challenge studies, predominantly in respiratory human challenge spanning over 20 years. She became the Research Lead for the Human Investigations & Challenge programme in October 2021 to further build on the Human Infection Study Programme she managed as part of the Vaccines Priority Area.
