In her previous role at Wellcome, Beck was Head of Mental Health Policy.
Before joining Wellcome, she was Head of Inclusive Development at Save the Children, Senior Policy Adviser to the Shadow Exchequer Secretary, Assistant Director at the Campaign for Science and Engineering, and a Sessional Lecturer in Science, Policy, and Politics at Imperial College London.
Beck has a BSc in Natural Science and a MSc in Government, Policy and Politics.
