Project summary
Bioethics postgraduate students are often spread across departments and disciplines within universities and they may find it difficult to access existing networks or create new ones without support.
The Postgraduate Bioethics Network has been developed to allow postgraduate researchers (PGR) to present work in progress as well as connect with their peers, more senior academics and policy makers.
The combination of workshops and conferences led and developed by PGRs, the continuing evolution of the PGR bioethics newsletter and website and connections with existing regional bioethics networks will help build a community that can engage and collaborate effectively. We are also developing an alumnus network as a source of support for people who are in the early academic career phase.
