Genetics and Genomics Discovery Advisory Group

This advisory group covers applications on fundamental aspects of genetics in human health and disease, including the development of new analytical and computational approaches to genetics and genomics.  

Some examples of this are:  

• genetic and genomic variation in human health and disease 
• genetic epidemiology and mechanisms of evolution 
• comparative and functional genomics 
• computational and systems biology  
• regulation of gene expression 
• epigenetics 
• bioinformatics and biostatistics 
• human population genetics 

Proposed projects may span more than one funding area. You should choose the research subject area which aligns with the focus of the project.
