Adjustments for job applicants

No one should face barriers when applying for a job at Wellcome. We’re keen to make sure our application process is accessible to everyone.

This includes making adjustments for people who have a disability or long-term condition. Please contact us at jobs@wellcome.org to find out how we can assist you. 

Examples of the help we can provide include:

  • paying for a British Sign Language interpreter
  • allocating additional time to complete assessments or presentations during an interview.

Our central London offices offer good access for disabled people. 

We may be able to make other adjustments for those who face barriers to applying for a job and attending an interview. For example, those who have caring or religious commitments.
